It also includes a filtered water system so there’s no need to buy bottled water, a kitchen garden with fresh herbs, tomatoes, and peppers, and chickens that provide fresh eggs daily.

Bedrooms & Layout Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed (180 cm). Bedroom 2 is connected to Bedroom 1 and features three single beds for children. Bedroom 3 includes one single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and ceiling fans (not yet visible in the photos).

Family-Friendly Features This property is designed with families in mind and offers a wide range of outdoor entertainment for children, including a zip line, climbing wall, trampoline, bamboo teepee, painting area, swings, seesaw, and plenty of games and toys.

The middle level includes the house itself, a dipping pool, bamboo grove, coffee corner, and more fruit and vegetable beds. The lower level is where you'll find the kids’ adventure zone and the chicken coop.

Location The house is just 5 minutes from Sant Pere de Ribes and 10 minutes from Sitges, where you’ll find beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and water sports. A quality restaurant is located 1.5 km away. Barcelona and Tarragona city centers are approximately 40 and 50 minutes away by car. Nearby attractions include the Penedès wine and cava route, PortAventura, and the Aqualeon water park.
